Porcelain Triangle Breathing Tile
How to use it
Three sides, three parts: in, hold, out.

three sides, three breaths.
When everything feels scattered, a simple shape helps. The Triangle tile gives each part of the breath its own side: in, hold, out. No second hold, and nothing to keep track of but the corners.
Use it between meetings, before a big presentation, or any time you want a minute to find your footing.
No tile with you? Trace a triangle on whatever's nearby: your desk, your palm, your pant leg.
The practice
- Start at the dot at the bottom.
- Trace up the left side as you breathe in for 4.
- Trace across the top as you hold for 4.
- Trace back down to the dot as you breathe out for 4.
Go around as many times as you like. If a count feels too long, shorten it.
When to reach for it
- Before something that needs your focus: a presentation, a hard email, a first meeting
- When there's too much going on and you want one simple thing to follow
- When you'd like a short practice that's easy to remember
How it works with your hands
The raised path makes each corner something you can feel: that's where the breath changes. Three equal sides keep the rhythm steady and easy to learn, so after a few rounds your fingers know the way.
Choose your form
- Small tile (1.75" × 1.75"): fits in a pocket, a palm or the corner of your desk.
- Large tile (2.5" × 2.5"): a little heavier, a path you can really settle into. Lives well on a desk or nightstand.
- Keychain (1.75" × 1.75"): clips to your keys or bag, so the path comes with you.
Mini keychains and jewelry charms are on their way. Join the list to hear first.
